Over 400 international dealers and customers got together at the RM headquarters in Linz from 29 September to 1 October 2016 to see the latest RM innovations and share their knowledge and experiences with each other. Customers experienced the latest generation of the RM crushers live in a demonstration in a variety of applications ranging from natural stone to various recycling materials. Customers and dealers eagerly awaited the highlight of the demonstration, the RM 120GO!, and they were able to see how convincing its performance is. One spontaneous statement from a customer during the demo: “I’m going to buy one.”
RM GO! SMART, a digital support app, was presented as a further innovation.
At the 25-year gala in the evening, guests were able to experience the world of RUBBLE MASTER and above all sense the company’s values such as customer focus and absolute commitment to service. “For me, this gala is like a big family celebration, because everyone who is here is part of the RM family. I am delighted at how much we have achieved together over the last 25 years,” said an enthusiastic Gerald Hanisch.
Saturday (1 October 2016) was all about sharing knowledge. Dealers and customers were able to exchange and develop their knowledge and experiences in the form of case studies and brief insights into concrete projects in the course of an Xpert Xchange. “We are very proud that our customers find our idea so convincing on a day-to-day basis. We started 25 years ago as a pilot project and today we are the global market leader in mobile Compact Crushing with our exports accounting for over 95% of business in 2016. Thanks to the extremely future-oriented technology of our RM crushers we achieved the breakthrough from Linz into the international marketplace,” said Gerald Hanisch, explaining his business model in the course of the RUBBLE MASTER Xperience Days.
